Do you remember what it felt like to receive a surprise package or gift as a child?
As an educator and Wellness Consultant my life was interrupted by a series of unexpected events starting with an unfortunate accident which prevented me from doing some of the things that I love. I always loved helping people but then I got to a place when I could not even help myself in spite of my best efforts. Medicine had no lasting answer. I cried out to God and bit by bit He helped me through the recovery process. The company I worked for would not accommodate me after I ended up in the “disability” category. I refused to ask anyone for handouts. I kept trusting that God will make a way. I kept believing if I did not give up and kept sending out those resumes, kept myself busy enough that something would turn up. Nothing did.
We believe wellness isn’t just a goal—it’s a lifestyle worth celebrating. Nicole Surprise was born from a simple idea: make healthy choices exciting, accessible, and full of joy. Every month, together with our team of experts, we deliver a thoughtfully curated boxes of clean snacks, wellness products, and or lifestyle treats that help you feel your best. We remove the stress of searching, or second-guessing or compromising taste and nutrition. We are also cheering you on so that you know you’re not alone.
Founded by Nicole, a passionate health advocate, educator and Wellness Consultant who’s conquering life’s challenges. Our mission is to simplify your journey to better living. At least, not in the way I thought it would. Then one day while travelling on the same transport that interrupted my vibrant and successful work life, without sounding religious, God spoke to me so clearly. I couldn’t help but start crying uncontrollably.
I was left with a business idea which would combine two things that I enjoy.

Over time I observed that when working especially in the corporate world people get so busy that most tend to neglect aspects of healthy eating, specifically snacking, or they totally neglect it altogether. Studies also confirmed his fact. I conducted extensive research. I was also able to consult notable experts in the field. These expert dietitians and nutritionists provided their expert recommendations after scrutinizing the Food Guide provided by Food Guide Canada. Based on extensive research and their expert opinion, we then identified the best company brands for some of the healthiest foods available.
